Under the direction of head nurse Ms Marisa Soares and the supervision of the responsible physician, Dr Sylvio Djitik, the care team provides care every day and at night. A registered nurse is present 24 hours a day.
Independent therapists work in the Wellbeing Area (Espace bien-être): podiatry, occupational therapy, dental care. Physiotherapy is provided by start.physio.

Temporary day care centre (centre d’accueil temporaire) — EMS Bex
Day care for seniors: varied activities, with meals and care as options. It helps people stay at home, breaks isolation and relieves family carers.

ARASAPE — Centre social régional de Bex
Regional social action association (Aigle district and Pays-d’Enhaut)
Applies the Vaud law on social action and social insurance in 18 municipalities. Among other things, it runs the Regional Social Centre (CSR) of Bex, social insurance agencies and the Enfants Chablais day-care network.
BRIO — Bureau régional d’information et d’orientation
Admissions to nursing homes in the region
The BRIO (Regional Information and Guidance Office, Rennaz) manages admissions to nursing homes (EMS) according to urgency and availability.
Fondation La Passerelle Bellerine
Sheltered housing for older people in Bex
A foundation created to provide sheltered housing for older residents of the municipality of Bex, with priority given to those on low incomes.
